No, however certification is encouraged to help us track the effectiveness of our business diversity programs.

Do you award contracts to only the lowest bidder?

Awards are generally made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. A best value bid is awarded to the bidder who can provide goods or services at the best value.

What must I do to win a contract with your agency?
